The Capacity Building Plan is applicable to Center for Health, Human rights and Development and her partners. It can be reviewed and amended periodically as the need arises, this plan aims to address the different organizational capacity gaps that were identified during OCA and Identify the appropriate capacity-building interventions to address the capacity gaps.
