CEHURD actively supported the NEAPACOH 2023 process, which was hosted in Kampala, Uganda by the Parliamentary Health Committee, government, and other partners. The conference, themed “Achieving #UHC and #SDGs in the post-COVID era: The role of Parliamentarians,” brought together parliamentarians, experts, policymakers, and other stakeholders to discuss strategies for improving health outcomes for populations. As participants in the conference, CEHURD joined in the discussions, sharing experiences and offering solutions relevant to the conference’s theme. The event was graced by the Ministry of Health, Uganda, and other dignitaries, making it an important platform for advancing health-related issues in Africa. Overall, CEHURD’s active participation in the NEAPACOH 2023 process demonstrates our commitment to improving health outcomes for populations in Africa.
