The Center for Health, Human rights and Development (CEHURD) represented by Derrick Nsibirwa is part of the Kampala Initiative (Watch the GAP team) that published a paper titled ‘Global Action Plan for Healthy Lives and Well-Being for All’.

The paper gives a critical civil society perspective on how the global action plan aligns with the national health policies for acceleration and improvement of health and well being.

It questions whether the Global Action Plan will make any difference to the existing power imbalance and determinants of health and, if so, if it is for better or worse and links the GAP to the current COVID-19 pandemic.
