Frank Ategeka

Monitoring & Evaluation Officer

Frank is a Global Health Corps fellow 2018-2019, Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer. He has a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Monitoring and Evaluation (UMI), Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering (MUK), certificates in data management, project planning and management, HIV exposure, transmission and criminalization (ARASA) and Humanitarian basic security certificate in the emergency field from UNHCR.

Ategeka Frank is a Global Health Corps fellow 2018-2019, Monitoring & Evaluation Officer. He has a Post graduate diploma in project monitoring and evaluation (UMI), Bachelor’s degree in computer Engineering (MUK), certificates in data management, project planning and management, HIV exposure, transmission and criminalization (ARASA) and Humanitarian basic security certificate in the emergency field from UNHCR. He has over 4 years’ experience in data management, project planning and management and M&E focusing on vulnerable rural communities and refugees.

Frank is an alumni at  the Young leaders’ forum at Frederick Ebert Stiftung.  He is currently a global health Corps fellow serving as an M&E associate at CEHURD. He worked as a data management supervisor at Baylor Uganda for the CDC Reproductive Age Mortality study. He has previously worked with Action Africa Help and  Windle Trust Uganda in the humanitarian settings in Northern and Western Uganda. Frank’s passion is addressing health disparities for persons and advocacy for Universal Health Coverage.
