Anne is an advocate of the high court working as a Programme Officer with the Center for Health, Human Rights and Development. She is passionate about social justice and her current interest is in promoting access to affordable medicine for all.

Anne Lumbasi is an advocate of the high court working as a Programme Officer with the Center for Health, Human Rights and Development. She is passionate about social justice and her current interest is in promoting access to affordable medicine for all.

She has contributed to a research paper assessing opportunities and gaps in utilizing flexibilities provided under the WTO-Trade Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPS) Agreement with the objective of promoting access to affordable medicine for people living with HIV & TB in Kenya and Uganda. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from Makerere University, a diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Center and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Anglia Ruskin University.
