Namaganda Jane Kibira is a Programme Officer working under the Strategic Litigation Programme at CEHURD. Jane holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Makerere University and a Diploma in Legal Practice from LDC. Jane is very passionate about matters of Human rights and Health related issues.
