Peter Eceru has more than eight years’ experience in International, Regional and Local advocacy. He is a passionate Human Rights activist and has made persuasive submissions at the UN Human Rights Council. He previously served as Head of Advocacy at the Lutheran World Federation and later as Protection Advisor.

He has also served on the steering committees of the Legal Service Providers Network and Uganda Farmers Common Voice Platform hosted at Caritas. Peter holds a bachelor of Laws degree from Makerere University Kampala and a post graduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management from Uganda Management Institute.
