The End Term Evaluation of Generation G in Uganda employed qualitative data collection methodologies. These included: Key Informant Interviews (KIIs), Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), and document review. The documents reviewed included the programme proposal, M&E indicator framework, and progress, impact, annual, and midterm evaluation reports for
the period between 2021 and 2024. Primary data was collected in all six programme districts. Key informants and FGD participants were purposely selected by the evaluation team and the coalition members based on their availability and level of engagement in the programme activities.

In Uganda, Generation G was implemented by a coalition of three organisations: the Center for Health Human Rights and Development (CEHURD), the Association of Women Lawyers Uganda Chapter (FIDA Uganda) and Reach A Hand Uganda (RAHU). The programme operated in Eastern and Northern Uganda. In the East, CEHURD led implementation in Iganga and Namutumba districts, while FIDA Uganda led implementation in Kapchorwa, Bukwo, and Kween districts. RAHU operated in Adjumani district in Northern Uganda.
