Francis Okodi is an M&E professional with a strong Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning expertise gained during 11 years of progressive career experience in various sectors such as Protection (Child protection, Gender based violence, Legal, Community Based Protection), Health, Livelihood, Energy, Environment, WASH, and Education in emergency response. I am dedicated to the development and implementation of robust M&E systems, quality reporting aligned to the result-based management approach, execution of highly informative program evaluations, development and operationalization of accountability to affected populations feedback mechanisms, championing of collaborative learning and adaptation agenda, capacity building, programme continuous quality improvement, and engaging in meaningful collaboration with partners among others.
He possesses a Bachelors Degree of Science in Computer Science, Masters in Monitoring and evaluation and is a member of the Uganda Evaluation Association. He has served in many reputable organizations such Alight (formerly American Refugee Committee), International Rescue Committee (IRC), Real Medicine Foundation (RMF) and Centre for Arbitration and Dispute Resolution (CADRE).
