He is highly skilled in electronic data management and is known for his strong communication abilities. Jemimmah Adipa is a Community Led Monitoring Officer under the Community Empowerment Programs. She is a dedicated community engagement leader with a strong focus on advancing health and rights for marginalized populations. She has extensive experience in HIV/TB advocacy and has worked closely with adolescent girls and young women and KPs to improve their access to essential health services.
With a background in advocacy and community-led initiatives, Jemimmah is committed to enhancing service delivery and empowering vulnerable communities. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Finance and a postgraduate diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation. Jemimmah is also a passionate advocate for sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) and a staunch supporter of girls’ and women’s empowerment.
Ms. Nakiyingi Vivien is a Compliance and Quality Assurance Officer at CEHURD with a finance background. She is responsible for ensuring internal quality procedures and standards, accurate accountabilities, Monitoring project performances, analysing statistical information and extracting project reports.
Dhafa Esther Kyaliki is a Lawyer and Programme Officer working in the Strategic Litigation Programme at the Center for Health, Human Rights and Development (CEHURD). She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Uganda Christian University (UCU) Mukono and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre (LDC) Uganda.
Esther is a Human Rights Advocate and Defender, passionate about health and human rights law and practice. She has experience in research, project development and implementation, litigation, advocacy, legal and policy analysis and reform in the area of human rights with a focus on young people’s reproductive rights. Esther has attended and participated in training and capacity building initiatives at Regional, National and Community levels to enhance human rights awareness.
Jacqueline Twemanye is a dedicated communications officer at the Center for Health, Human Rights and Development (CEHURD), with a fervent commitment to making a difference in vulnerable communities through upholding and advocating for human rights, and fairness. She excels in anticipating needs and finding innovative solutions and is known for her strong sense of personal responsibility, and unwavering commitment to making a positive impact. With a background in Industrial Psychology from Makerere University, Jacqueline brings a wealth of experience in managerial, administrative, and critical thinking skills. Jacqueline’s strengths lie in her exceptional communication skills and content development, adeptness in digital storytelling, proficiency in photography and videography, and impeccable written abilities.
