Fred Ibanda

Fred Ibanda holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration majoring in accounts options from Ndejje University Kampala and diploma in Business Administration majoring in accounts option from Makerere University Business school. Fred is an accountant working as a Finance Assistant at the Center for health, human rights and development (CEHURD) and is currently enrolled in the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) program.

Immaculate Bukirwa

Ms. Bukirwa Immaculate is an accounts assistant at Center for Health, Human rights and Development (CEHURD) with a finance background. Her major area of operation is to review and check accountabilities to ensure that programmes are accurately accounting for the finances that are extended to them to carry out activities. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Micro finance at Kyambogo University and very passionate about human rights.
