Francis Serunjogi is the Programme Manager, Community Empowerment Programme. He is skilled in lobbying, mass media communication, research, community outreach and facilitating workshops. Mr. Serunjogi coordinates and facilitates training sessions for district stakeholders –such as health workers, community health, and people living with HIV (PLHIV) networks– in order to build capacity and assure best practices within communities across the country.
Mr. Serunjogi has experience in overcoming health and human rights challenges. He works to ensure that laws are used as tools for advocacy and for the realization of health and human rights. He Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication and he holds a Masters in Public Health at Uganda Management Institute.
