CEHURD wishes to engage a consultant to conduct an assessment on the implementation of the recommendation that were made to and accepted by Uganda.

Among the global human rights processes that CEHURD has been involved in has been the Universal Periodic Review, through which the country’s human rights record is reviewed by other peers.
During the review process, Uganda accepted a number of recommendations aimed at improving Uganda Human Rights record.
Close to two years down the road it is important to asses the progress made in the implementation of recommendations received by the country.
