The Center for Health, Human Rights and Development (CEHURD) with support from the Office of the prime Minister under the Development Initiative for Northern Uganda (DINU) action, which is funded by the European Union conducted a baseline study which aimed at collecting initial data on project indicators against which the Legal Empowerment and Social Accountability (LESA) project results are being measured. The results from the baseline survey are being utilized to track the project implementation progress.
This baseline documented the following;
• Vital project indicators to measure change and impact of intervention.
• Level of awareness and knowledge of various stakeholders’ roles and responsibilities in Koboko and Maracha district.
• Gaps in decentralization operations in Koboko and Maracha districts.
