


Dophline Akera
Akera Dophline is a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Officer (MEL) at Centre for Health Human Right and Development with seven years of progressive experience career in monitoring, evaluation, learning, and accountability with expertise in program coordination, Research, monitoring and evaluation of development projects, emergency responses, and advocacy initiatives. He has a strong knowledge in child protection, livelihoods, peacebuilding, governance, WASH (Water Sanitation, and Hygiene) projects, as well as Gender mainstreaming and HIV/AIDS, Human rights and project planning and management.
Dophline has extensive experience in establishing M&E systems, with skills in developing appropriate data collection tools, data management, and reporting with skills in SPSS, NVivo, Excel, Power BI, Kobo Collect, and PowerPoint. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation and currently pursuing a Masterโs degree in Monitoring and Evaluation at Gulu University.

Isaac Mwaka
Mr. Mwaka Isaac is a qualified accountant, with cumulative experience of over six years in Accounting and Financial Control, Grants management, Administrative support, Audit support, Procurement and overall financial operation currently working as an Internal Auditor at the Center for health human rights and development, with the major role of providing independent assurance that an organization’s risk management, governance and internal control processes are operating effectively.

Edith Sifuna
Ms Edith Sifuna is a Program officer at CEHURD under the Campaigns, Partnership and Networking Program, she is a social work who is enthusiastic and committed to advocating for human and health rights of the vulnerable communities that cannot stand up to speak out and demand for their rights. Edith has got over four (4) yearsโ experience of community relations and engagements and knowledgeable in the fields of HIV/AIDS, Sexual Reproductive Health, HIV/AIDS and Maternal health. She has been involved in number advocacy work with much emphasis on improving the maternal and child health care service delivery in relation to access to information on HIV/AIDS, SRHR most especially family planning for the young people.ย She has experience in working with grass root communities sensitizing them and empowering them to demand for services and also engaging legislators and duty bearers to advance services to such key people.
