
Dorothy Amuron
Programme Manager, Strategic Litigation
Dorothy Amuron is a human rights activist who believes in Social justice in health for vulnerable communities particularly women and minority groups. She is a Lawyer by training and an Advocate of the courts of Uganda. She is the Program Manager for the Strategic Litigation Programme at CEHURD. She is a member of the Uganda Law Society, the East African Law Society and FIDA Uganda.

Dorothy is an ex member of the Female Lawyers committee ULS and social welfare committee of the ULS membership. She seats on the board of the Ugandan advocates for gender justice and she is also an Alumni of the USA International Visitors Exchange Programme on Religion and Human Rights for minority groups. Dorothy has recently been appointed as a mentor under the Uganda Law Society mentorship programme.
